State Senator John A. Kissel, R-Enfield, is urging local small business leaders to join him at a Business Forum he will be hosting. The informal meeting will give area business leaders an opportunity to address their concerns and priorities with Sen. Kissel.

Former congressman and current State Business Advocate Rob Simmons will be a guest speaker at the meeting. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 29, at 8:00 am, in the Community Room at the Enfield Public Library, located at 104 Middle Road in Enfield. Coffee and muffins will be provided.

This will be the second business forum held by Sen. Kissel this year. In February, Sen. Kissel hosted the first forum which he considered to be very productive. “We had a great discussion at that meeting and we determined that it would be a great idea to meet again after the legislative session had concluded,” said Sen. Kissel. “I really encourage people to come to this meeting and join the discussion and address their concerns.”
