DSS chief
came to Enfield to discuss accessibility to services
at May 20th meeting
State Senator John A. Kissel, R-Enfield, today said
that Department of Social Services (DSS) Commissioner
Michael P. Starkowski attended the May 21st meeting
of the Enfield Community Services Network. Commissioner
Starkowski was on hand to discuss DSS services and the
accessibility people have to these services.
“I am very pleased that Commissioner Starkowski
was able to come to Enfield and be a part of the Enfield
Service Network meeting,” said Sen. Kissel. “DSS
provides so many wonderful services to people in need
and it is important that those who might need help have
the information available to them.”
The Enfield Community Services Meeting was held on
Tuesday, May 20th at St. Francis Care in Enfield.
The Department of Social Services provides a broad
range of services to the elderly, persons with disabilities,
