State Senator John A. Kissel’s (R-Enfield) monthly television program, Senator Kissel and Friends, this month features members of local charitable organizations discussing ways people can contribute this holiday season.  This month’s guests are Linda Bridge of the Enfield Food Shelf, Mike Russo, the President of the Windsor Locks Lions Club, and Mike Jordan, also of the Windsor Locks Lions Club.  The Holiday-themed show will air Mondays at 9:30 PM on Cox Communications Channel 15 throughout December.

“I would like to thank all three of my guests not only for coming on the program, but for the outstanding work they do on behalf of the communities of North Central Connecticut,” said Senator Kissel, who serves as a Deputy Minority Leader in the State Senate.  “I hope people tune in to learn about how they can give to those less fortunate during the Holidays.  After all, generosity is what the Holiday Season is all about.”

Senator Kissel was recently elected to his eighth term representing the 7th District communities of East Granby, Enfield, Granby, Somers, Suffield, Windsor, and Windsor Locks.
