John Harkins (R-120), and Representative Lawrence G. Miller
(R-122) will hold office hours at the Stratford Public
Library on Tuesday, August 26th.
The three local legislators will be available to meet
with constituents in the Lovell Room from 6 p.m. to
7:30 p.m.
“This is a terrific opportunity to have personal,
one-on-one conversations about the issues that are most
important to people who live in our part of the state.
Of course, we understand that not everyone who is interested
will be able to take advantage of our office hours.

said Senator Debicella.
“This really is the best part about being a legislator,
meeting with people in my district and hearing their
ideas about how we can make government work for them,”
said Representative Harkins.
“There is no better way to find out what is happening
in your district than by talking to the people who live
there. A lot of what I do at the Capitol can be traced
back to conversations with residents during my office
hours,” said Representative Miller.
