| Senator Sam Caligiuri (R-16) will
testify in favor of his proposed legislation –
SB 362, An Act Concerning Equal Pay For Equal Work
– before the General Assembly’s Labor &
Public Employees Committee on Tuesday, February 24th.
Senator Caligiuri’s proposed legislation would
strengthen state laws relating to gender based discrimination
in employee pay.
The public hearing is scheduled for 3 p.m., Tuesday,
February 24, 2009 in Room 2B of the Legislative Office
Building in Hartford.
