Senator Sam Caligiuri (R-16) has scheduled a series of neighborhood meetings at the town’s public elementary schools to discuss legislative issues of interest to Southington residents, and to respond to constituents’ questions and concerns.

            “I am always looking for new and better ways to reach out to my constituents. My hope is that by going directly to my constituents, in their neighborhoods, it will be easier and more convenient for people to attend and share their thoughts with me. I view these meetings as an opportunity for me to meet with people face-to-face, and for my constituents to learn more about some of the legislative issues that might interest them, and also to ask questions and share ideas and concerns. Also, I am inviting the rest of Southington’s legislative delegation to join me at these neighborhood meetings to the extent that their schedules permit,” said Senator Caligiuri.
