State Senator Toni Boucher attended the ninth annual CT United Ride on
August 30th, the largest annual September 11th tribute in the state

On August 30th, State Senator Toni Boucher (R-26) attended the ninth annual CT United Ride, the largest annual September 11th tribute in the state. At Norden Industrial Park in Norwalk, she visited and waved-off 1,500 motorcycles as they began their 60-mile trek along Fairfield County to pay tribute to those who gave their lives on September 11th, 2001.

Senator Boucher’s reflection on the event: “This outward sign of robust patriotism reveals that residents of our country and state have not forgotten the memory of those people who lost their lives in the terrorists’ attacks on the World Trade Center. Many of these innocent victims were our family, friends and neighbors from southwestern Connecticut. We will never forget them.”
